曲説明を勝手に意訳してみました。

エメラルドとダイアモンド（訳注：この曲のタイトル）は、「低空飛行する牛」と名付けられた数ヶ月に渡って企画された音楽の旅を表現したものです。
複数あるパートを一つにまとめ、そして、全体に渡って付加的な素材を加えてリマスターしました。各パートをつなげるために、特に効果音を使い、さらに、いくつかの新しいシンセを加えて曲を仕上げました。
２つのパートのために、とてもシンプルなドラム・ループを２つ、ちょっとだけエディットして使いました。その他の全てのドラムとパーカッションは「演奏した」もので、ループは一切使っていません。
全ての楽器／ギター／ベース／キーボードそしてボーカルは私が担当しました。最初のパートにおける私の息子 Jay の笑い声以外は。息子には、彼のオモチャのタンバリンを使わせてもらったことにも感謝します。
この曲は、ちょっと演劇っぽいスタイルをとっています。この曲は、自分の演奏の練習に役立ちました。そして、ピンク・フロイドの音楽にもものすごく影響されています。

Syd Barrett が戻ってきたーー！全体の雰囲気は Syd のアルバムの世界観で作られている感じがして最高です。ところどころで Dave Gilmour がギター弾いてるんだけど Syd に影響受けているから壊れてる（笑）。メインボーカルがないところが、またそそられる。だって Syd は今歌える状態ではないですもんね。
ドラムのフィルは Nick Mason だし、ピアノも Rick Wright。もうニコニコしてます。そして、大好きな Roger は？あ〜、しっかりといました。ベースも弾いているしシンセもいじってますね〜♪
音の使い方は Animals でしょ。それに The Dark side of the moon も Atom heart mother も A saucerful of secrets も Wish you were here まで！
